Our client is a leading hospitality group who are on the lookout for an Event Sales Coordinator to join their dynamic team.
In this role, you'll work directly with clients to plan and execute exceptional events, turning their vision into reality while driving sales across stunning venues across Sydney.

Variety of Venues: Work across multiple unique and stunning venues throughout Sydney-no two days will ever be the sameVibrant Team Culture: Join a team of passionate, dedicated professionals who support each other and celebrate success together.Responsibilities: Lead Event Sales: Drive event bookings by working closely with potential clients to understand their needs, providing tailored event solutions, and closing deals.Manage Client Relationships: Be the go-to person clients, offering guidance, support, and expert advice throughout the event planning process.Coordinate Event Details: Once a booking is secured, you'll work with the internal team to ensure every aspect of the event is organised, from catering and logistics to event set-up.Achieve Sales Targets: Stay motivated and results-driven, meeting and exceeding sales goals while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.Collaborate Across Teams: Work with operations, catering, and marketing teams to ensure smooth event execution and a seamless experience for clients.About you: Sales experience in event coordination, hospitality, or a related industry.Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.A passionate, results-driven attitude with the ability to meet sales targets.Organised and detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple events at once.Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet when challenges arise.Experience with CRM systems and sales processes is a plus.Must hold a driving licenseReady to take your career to the next level?
