With a team of dedicated professionals, we pride ourselves on maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment to support both our patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Manage appointments, patient files, and medical correspondence.
Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Ensure timely and accurate data entry and billing.
Coordinate with the medical team to streamline practice operations.
What We're Looking For:
Excellent multitasking and organisational skills.
A reliable, proactive, and professional attitude.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a busy environment.
Prior experience in medical reception is preferred but not essential.
Knowledge of GENIE software is an advantage but not mandatory – training will be provided.
