The purpose of this role is to serve as a strategic partner in talent acquisition and workforce development, ensuring the delivery of exceptional recruitment services and talent solutions for the Victorian Health Building Authority (VHBA).
Collaborating closely with the People & Capability division and VHBA leaders, you will leverage best-practice methodologies to attract, assess, and onboard top-tier talent that aligns with the strategic goals of VHBA.
Victorian Health Building Authority
The Victorian Health Building Authority (VHBA) is responsible for the rollout of the Victorian Government's multi-billion-dollar health capital projects.
Our diverse projects span the health, mental health, and aged care portfolios across metropolitan, regional, and rural settings and ambulance branches across Victoria.
VHBA also provides technical support across engineering, property, asset management, and environmental sustainability disciplines.
Our priority is to provide innovative and sustainable infrastructure solutions that will ensure our health system meets the needs of all Victorians now and into the future.

Role Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to serve as a strategic partner in talent acquisition and workforce development, ensuring the delivery of exceptional recruitment services and talent solutions for the Victorian Health Building Authority (VHBA).
Collaborating closely with the People & Capability division and VHBA leaders, you will leverage best-practice methodologies to attract, assess, and onboard top-tier talent that aligns with the strategic goals of VHBA.
Your expertise in end-to-end recruitment will enable you to make sound judgments in candidate sourcing, while your commitment to fostering a positive candidate experience will enhance our brand as an employer of choice.
By proactively building a diverse talent pipeline and supporting workforce mobility strategies, you will facilitate seamless transitions and empower employees to thrive in their careers.
You will bring valuable insights and contribute to a culture of excellence, ultimately driving the organisation's success through strategic talent management.
