In this role, you will coach and assist Franchise Partners to grow their business through brand alignment and sales-driven initiatives.
Reporting to the GM of Operations, as the Regional Operations Manager you'll be primarily responsible for:
Delivering consistent results in the areas of sales growth, profitability and cost management (COGS, labour and other manageable controllables).Delivering an exceptional San Churro customer experience and driving operational excellence across your market.Acting as the first point of contact between Franchise Partners and Support Office and maintaining positive relationships in order to effect positive change.Providing feedback to Support Office from your market and Franchise Partners.Support in rolling out new programs and initiatives.About You The San Churro Familia is passionate about what we do and what we offer, and take this on with pride and a sense of adventure.
Along with sharing these values, you'll also need:
3+ years experience in a similar role (Area manager / Franchise Business Coach).Strong operational skills with proven skills in the hospitality/QSR space.Demonstrated leadership ability to engage, motivate and inspire people to perform at their best.Proven ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and achieve targets.Positive attitude with a hunger to drive and grow with usAbility to occasionally work during peak trading hours from time to time including weekends and evenings.Passion for being on the road and providing hands-on support to our Franchise Partners, as well as occasional interstate travel.If you love dessert, enjoy socialising and live to share your passion with others, then come join us at San Churro
