As our fund continues to go from strength to strength, we are looking for exceptionally passionate compliance people to join our business.
As a trusted advisor and compliance guru, you will partner with the business to align business practices with compliance requirements, actively update and maintain compliance obligations, embed controls and monitoring processes, mitigate regulatory risk and oversee and advise on the effective management of compliance breaches.
Not only are you a compliance guru, but you have good business acumen & a strategic mindset to be able to address the big issues.
You are engaging and able to influence and manage multiple stakeholders.
You have a growth mindset, adapt readily to constant change and thrive within a team environment.
About you: In-depth knowledge of superannuation legislation, fund operations, and regulatory bodies like ASIC, APRA, and OAIC.
Expertise in practically applying compliance frameworks.
Experience in supporting breach management, in particular supporting compliance assessments, root cause analysis and advising on controls.
Exceptional communication skills to liaise with stakeholders across all levels.
Proven experience in compliance roles within financial services, ideally superannuation.
