Sportswear Graphic Designer/Marketing and Social Co-ordinatorOur client, Sportswear is a leading manufacturer of custom-made sportswear with some large profile clients across Australia.We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team. The successful applicant will have a passion for the clothing and sporting industry, outstanding organisational skills, and an eye for detail, working from initial concept through to exceptional finished art.Reporting to the Sublimation Manager/Senior Designer, your responsibilities will include:Create client presentations using Adobe Illustrator & InDesignGenerate manufacturing print-ready artwork using Adobe IllustratorColour match print jobsLiaising with offshore manufacturing factories and approving production artworkCreate company print and digital marketing collateralOperate, run and maintain Dye Sublimation printers (when needed)Keep accurate work and production notesIn addition to the above responsibilities, to be successful in this role you will have:A minimum of 3 years' graphic design experience working within the design, printing, or fashion industryIntermediate use of Adobe Illustrator and InDesignThe ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced team environment whilst maintaining an eagle eye for detailExcellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to deliver creative solutions on brief and to tight deadlinesIntermediate use of Microsoft Office programs, including Excel and OutlookExperience designing for social media platforms, web and mobile appsBasic knowledge of Rip software and wide format printers (not essential)The flexibility to work longer hours and possibly some weekends during busy periodsWorking closely with head of design in developing marketing material and website/socials to improve access information for all clients.
