Job DescriptionWe are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated, experienced, and enthusiastic individual to join us as a National Franchise and Operations Manager.
This is a permanent full-time role ideally based at our head office in Clayton, Melbourne.
Position responsibilities will include:
Analyse the market and existing network for potential development of a Bosch Car Service (BCS) networkDefine value proposition and commercial conditions of networks based on market conditionsMonitor and ensure high quality level of BCS networks according to central standardsDevelop consulting conceptfor BCS based on KPIs, data analysis and benchmarksEstablish and improve workshop consulting and consultant training processesManage franchisee evaluation, selection and certification and supervise franchisee performanceSupport Business Development of the Network by bringing them new business opportunitiesMarketing and Communication campaign planningQualificationsWe are looking for a conscientious professional with the ability to work autonomously, grow the business and establish effective relationships with customers.
You should be able to demonstrate the following:
Hold a relevant tertiary qualificationSignificant experience in leading a team, proven training skills and ability to motivate and inspire othersAbility to derive and explore the potential for Bosch Car Service concept, sell and the grow business while building strong relationships with customersA systematic, analytical, and constructive approach to problem-solvingDeep understanding of local workshop landscape and franchise business is essentialExperienced in analysing financial reports and determining actions to improve resultsStrong stakeholder engagement, management, and presentation skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPossess a high level of emotional intelligence and is a great listenerAbility to develop, deliver and display brand integrityResults orientated is essentialProficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and WordHold a current and valid driver's licenseAdditional InformationAt Bosch Oceania, we offer a dynamic and inclusive environment, where you'll play a key role in managing vital operations.
