As a growing organisation, we're looking for an Executive Assistant who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment to support our leadership team.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO/DCS and senior leadership team.
This role is key to ensuring the smooth running of the CEO's office and involves high-level coordination, communication, and discretion.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional problem-solving skills, the ability to anticipate needs, and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.

The position The role of the Executive Assistant is to ensure the provision of efficient and effective administrative support services to the CEO/DCS & the executive team.

Provide high-level executive support to the CEO, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
Serve as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for executive meetings.
Organize and manage travel arrangements, itineraries, and event coordination.
Assist with special projects, including research, event planning, and other ad-hoc duties.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Minimum Requirements Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior executives.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-pressure environment.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to anticipate needs.
Experience in the healthcare or mental health industry is highly desirable.
Pre-Employment Screening A current police check (dated within the last three months) Working with vulnerable people's check It is mandatory for all iMH employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and influenza.
