Senior Manager, Group Deals
ANZ Worldline Payment Solutions is a joint venture between ANZ Banking Group and Europe's leading payment technology company, Worldline.
We launched in Australia in early 2022, providing in-store and ecommerce payment solutions to around 60,000 Australian businesses.
Since then we've built a new modern technology platform to enable an exciting roadmap of products and solutions that we began launching in Australia in 2023 and continues to develop.

The opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Deals, Senior Manager to oversee our group deals sales department and drive business growth through strategic planning and execution.
As the Group Deals Senior Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Your responsibilities include:
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive Group Deals business growth and increase revenue Oversee a Group Deals Manager and provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure team performance and success Establish and maintain relationships with key franchise groups, associations, industry bodies to drive business opportunities and growth.
Analyze market data and market trends to identify new business opportunities and market demands Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and support for Group Deals initiatives Manage and optimize the Group Deals end-to-end value chain (offer, onboarding, service, etc) to improve user experience and drive sales Forecast sales targets and develop action plans to achieve and exceed revenue goals Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities Skills we need:
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to lead and inspire a sales team Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify sales opportunities and drive business growth Experience in e-commerce, group deals, or retail sales is a plus Knowledge of sales management techniques, customer relationship management, and sales forecasting Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with sales and CRM software Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred 5+ years of experience in sales management, business development, or related field Benefits:
