Marketing Operations SpecialistAs a Marketing Operations Specialist at Boston Consulting Group, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing operations.
Reporting to the ANZ Brand Position & Strategic Communications Senior Manager, you will be responsible for managing and assisting with our CRM and digital marketing platforms, ensuring accurate data entry and coordinating the logistics for various marketing events.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain our CRM system, including collecting and analyzing client data, identifying trends and patterns, and ensuring data integrity.Provide onboarding training to new Executive and Principal Assistants.Drive regular ongoing contact review efforts, working with our executive support team.Maintain and share repository of best practices.Maintain key marketing contact lists.Offer expert assistance to business leaders and their executive assistants on any CRM-related inquiries.Assist with all aspects of client event logistics, from initial coordination through to execution.Engage in the procurement and liaison process with venues, speakers, and suppliers.Manage the nomination and invitation workflows within our CRM.Provide thorough administrative support for events, including preparing essential materials.Execute post-event activities, including distributing thank-you and feedback solicitation emails.Craft and distribute communications materials, ensuring they align with our brand guidelines.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience in a marketing role, with a focus on CRM analysis and management.Tertiary qualification in a marketing-related field.Experience with Microsoft Dynamics strongly preferred.Highly proficient in Microsoft Office package, including analyzing large data sets in Excel.Basic analysis and reporting on marketing activity and impact.
