This role will be located in the south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne.Highlights:Incredible salary and bonus structure on offerPermanent full-time positionWork for a reputable company with an ongoing pipeline of workRole and Responsibilities:Cyber Security Advisory: Provide strategic advice on cyber security policies, frameworks, and compliance; develop and manage security protocols, monitor threats, and lead research on new technologies.IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee on-premise and cloud-based IT infrastructure; administer security systems, firewalls, patch management, and user access controls.Support and Troubleshooting: Offer L1/L2 support to local users, monitor system health and backups, and manage Microsoft 365 technologies (Email, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).Project Coordination: Collaborate with the team to keep projects on schedule, report progress, and escalate issues to global IT as needed.Continuous Improvement: Contribute to refining departmental processes for better efficiency and service delivery.Skills and Qualifications:Cyber Security Frameworks: Experience with AESCSF v2 and SOCI Act compliance preferred.Technical Expertise: 5+ years in IT support, systems administration, and Microsoft 365 management.
Knowledge of Hyper-V and Azure is a plus.Communication: Strong verbal and written English skills, with a customer-focused approach.Certifications: Microsoft 365 certifications are advantageous.This role combines leadership in cyber security strategy with hands-on IT support and system management.At Workfast, we embrace diversity and encourage applications from people with disabilities.
