This position will play a pivotal role in shaping our organisational development strategies, collaborating with key stakeholders and business leaders, to foster a positive workplace culture that aligns with our values and renewed strategic business goals.Key Responsibilities:Provide expert advice and programs to drive cultural change and enhance workforce engagement.Implement and monitor cultural improvement initiatives based on organisational surveys.Administer the people experience/engagement system (Qualitrics), including managing and reporting data to inform decision-making.Provide change management support and coaching to embed a change management culture.Coordinate leadership development in a way that is aligned with our Leadership Capability Framework.Coach emerging leaders to achieve their development goals.Collaborate with teams to align learning and development initiatives with organisational strategies.Build strong partnerships with internal teams and external providers to achieve business outcomes.To be successful in this role, you should have:Relevant tertiary qualification in Behaviour Sciences, Psychology, Human Resources or Business.Demonstrated understanding of organisational culture with strong skills in effective change management.Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, great attention to detail, and strong report-writing skills.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.Proficiency in Qualtrics, Microsoft Office Suite and CXM software.Satisfactory National Police Certificate obtained within the last 12 months.Brightwater can offer you:The ability to salary package up to $18,550 tax-free per annum – meaning you can legitimately pay less tax and increase your take-home pay.Our unique staff benefits program, including access to BrightwaterPlus, which gives you discounts with over 370 retailers.Private Health benefits and discounts.About BrightwaterWith a track record that dates back to 1901, care is at our core.
