Are you a people person and animal obsessed? Combine your love for both on the daily We are seeking a friendly and organised Full Time Receptionist to join our team at ARH Canberra Our Canberra team is dedicated to providing exceptional care for pets and outstanding service to their owners.
We are passionate and committed to ensuring the health and well-being of every animal that walks through our doors.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, including: Being the first point of contact for our customersAnswering and directing a high volume of calls on a switchboardScheduling appointmentsProcessing paymentsProviding administration supportSupporting our team of Specialists, Veterinarians, and NursesThe successful candidate will be someone who is: Available for weekend and weeknight shiftsCommitted to providing only the highest standard of care to our patients, customers, and staffResilient with the ability to remain calm during highs and lowsAble and willing to work with a sense of urgency at timesAble to prioritise and multi-task effectivelyEnthusiastic and positive in their approach to work and the teamLooking for career longevityClean and well-groomed in personal presentationProficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, and OutlookVeterinary industry-related qualifications and/or experience within the industry is highly desirable but not essentialThis is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join a big team, expand their skills and knowledge, and work with a team of high-performing Veterinary specialists.
