With a portfolio of quality clients to manage, your role will be diverse and include: Achieving sales and profit targets through professionally executing sales strategies and excellent client management activities Identifying trends and opportunities to introduce new products and services that take advantage of in-house manufacturing facilities and expertise Driving business to expand the client base by collaborating on proposals and quotations Liaising with highly experienced formulation chemists and production team members to develop critical plans to deliver product improvements across your client base Maintaining accurate information on customer orders and updates through effective use of ERP systems Contributing to company performance through collaboration in promotional activities, market intelligence, and customer feedback initiatives.
The successful candidate will: Have prior sales experience in FMCG / Contract Manufacturing sector Possess high levels of energy, determination, and professional expertise in a client-focused environment Demonstrate strong account management skills, partnering with clients to deliver excellence in both products and services Have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, backed by numerical ability and strong commercial instincts Show the capacity to adapt to changing needs and proficiency with computer / CRM systems Be outcome-oriented and display great teamwork skills Be looking for a rewarding career in a company with vision, talent, and solid financial backing.
