(Global Gathering 2024 - Portugal, 2025 Los Angeles).Day to day:Facilitate business requirements gathering / user story mappingAnalyse business requirements, management systems, process performance, and technical solutionsConduct gap analysis and provide recommendations to relevant stakeholdersDefining detailed product requirement documents and definitions that promote scalability, smart practices, and an intuitive platformDocumenting requirements by studying business functions, gathering information from users, and evaluating outputWorking with engineers, solution architects and test teams to develop, test and implement platform features and bug fixesIdentifying key business/system processes, business rules, functional & non-functional requirementsAssisting with the configuration and development of system enhancements and innovationYou'll be perfect for the role if you have:Minimum 3 to 5 years technical business analysisAPI Integration experience and software deliveryAtlassian Suite: Confluence, JIRA experienceAgile software development methodology experienceExperience working with external vendors and suppliersEnd to end understanding of development processesWe value youFlight Centre Travel Group is committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace that supports your unique identity to create better, safer experiences for everyone.
