Imagine embarking on a transformative career journey with one of Perth's premier builders, where your expertise as a Senior Contracts Administrator plays a crucial role in shaping residential projects valued between AUD30m to AUD90m.
Nestled within the vibrant Construction sector, this permanent position offers a competitive salary range of AUD150.00 - AUD190.00 .
You'll be an integral part of a seasoned team, contributing to prestigious new projects that promise to challenge and inspire, while ensuring the utmost quality, efficiency, and safety at every step.
Key Responsibilities: Issue drawings, scopes of work, and specifications, ensuring clear communication for contract works.
Prepare comparison sheets for multiple quotes and provide trade letting recommendations.
Develop budget forecasts and cash flow reports to support financial planning.
Assist the Project Manager with project cost reporting and related analyses.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to drive project success.
Preferred Qualifications: Relevant tertiary education/qualification in a related field.
Proven experience in a similar role, handling residential or commercial construction projects.
Ability to work effectively within a team, demonstrating a proactive and all-rounded approach to tasks.
