Regional Operations Manager - Northern Region We are excited to announce an internal opportunity for the position of Regional Operations Manager to join the Northern Region Management Team.

About your new role: The Regional Operations Manager is responsible for managing key operational activities across the region to achieve safety, operational excellence, financial objectives, compliance standards, and a high-performing workplace culture by championing safety, our values, and continuous improvement to build effective relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Support branch operations at a regional level with: Inventory Management – annual stocktakes, budgets, excess and obsolete stock Process Compliance with QMS, D365 & CGL policies and Procedures Identify and implement Continuous Improvement Opportunities Manage ISO 9001:2015 / branch compliance audits Ensure facilities are being maintained to the highest standard Support region with Company ERP – D365, by providing support for all business processes, conducting user training where required, and ensuring system maintenance is being completed as per approved checklist Assisting assigned branches to achieve set KPIs Provide support, leadership, and mentoring of colleagues What we are looking for: Working experience and knowledge of the operations environment Ability to coordinate changing priorities in a dynamic environment Ability to travel as required to assign branch network as requested from time to time Ability to work autonomously and be self-driven from any branch location Experience using D365, MS Office suite Personal Attributes: Ability to establish, develop, and maintain trust and confidence with line managers, direct reports, and other key stakeholders Be able to work effectively consistent with policies, procedures, and agreed performance and behavioural expectations Demonstrated capacity to effectively give and receive constructive feedback Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities How to Apply: If you believe you have the drive and determination to succeed in this role, please send your resume to Tamara Holstein at
