We're looking for a highly talented and driven Senior PHP Software Engineer to join the Jadu Connect (SaaS) product development team.

What you will bring
As a senior software engineer with several years of experience working with relevant technologies, you will be keen to demonstrate your knowledge whilst working within our existing team of talented software and QA engineers, promoting efficiency, quality and bringing a positive 'get things done' attitude.
We utilise Amazon based infrastructure and a number of Amazon Web Services throughout the solution, so a keen knowledge and experience in this area is vital.
Terraform, Ansible & Linux server administration knowledge would be advantageous as well as a working understanding of Agile / SCRUM methodologies.
Key Objectives and qualities working with the team:
Design and develop features and enhancements for Jadu Connect.
Continuously improve working practices, processes and the Connect platform itself.
Keep the service secure, stable and always available across our global territory markets.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new applications quickly.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, innovations and best practices and incorporate into both the product and teams working practices.
Strong communication skills working in an Agile / SCRUM team based environment.
Qualifications & Experience:
Extensive experience in software development, with a focus on PHP with Symfony and related web technologies, as well as tools such as PHPUnit, Git version control etc.
Experience writing and optimising highly performant SQL, working with large datasets.
Strong understanding of web services (RESTful/SOAP), JSON, XML.
Experience with CI/CD tools and techniques.
Experience in working with Terraform, Ansible & Linux server administration.
Experience or Certification in AWS Infrastructure and Services.
Experience in web standards (WCAG WAI, Section 508).
