Social Media Coordinator

We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Social Media Coordinator & Content Creator to join our dynamic marketing team at Barry Plant Berwick, Pakenham & Drouin.
In this full-time in-office role, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media content to promote our real estate services across various platforms.
Based in our Pakenham office, you will play a key part in enhancing our online presence and driving customer engagement.
What you'll be doing This role is in officeManage and maintain our company's social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedInCreate and curate compelling, on-brand content to showcase our properties, services, and company cultureDevelop and implement social media strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generationMonitor and analyse social media performance, using insights to optimise content and tacticsCollaborate with the marketing team to align with Head Office brandingStay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our presence remains relevant and engagingWhat we're looking for Proven experience in a social media coordinator or content creator role, preferably within the real estate or property industryStrong written and visual communication skills, with the ability to create eye-catching, on-brand contentExcellent understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analyticsFamiliarity with content creation tools and software, such as CanvaPassion for social media and digital marketing, with a keen eye for trends and emerging opportunitiesCollaborative mindset and ability to work effectively as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and time management skillsWhat we offer At Barry Plant Berwick, Pakenham & Drouin, we value creative freedom and provide a supportive environment where you can thrive.
