About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Officer to join our dynamic team.
In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in facilitating student enrolment by managing administrative tasks, following up on required documents, and ensuring a seamless experience for our students and partners.
Note: This role is administrative and would suit someone with strong administration skills looking to work in a supportive educational environment. Key Responsibilities: Enrolment Administration: Assist with administrative tasks related to student enrolment, including collecting and verifying required documentation, and maintaining accurate records.Student & Partner Liaison: Work closely with the General Manager - Business Development, Regional Manager - Business Development, and Business Development Coordinators to support student enrolments.
Regularly interact with the Admissions team to ensure smooth enrolment processes.Enquiries Management: Respond to enquiries from prospective students, employers, and schools via phone, email, and in person.
Provide accurate and timely information to assist them in making informed decisions.External Communications: Build and maintain positive relationships with external partners, including employers and schools.
Engage with students to guide them through the enrolment process as directed and ensure they have a positive experience.Event Support: Assist in organising and coordinating on-campus events, open days, and information sessions.
Represent Aurora Training Institute professionally at external events and meetings as required.Document Coordination: Follow up on missing or incomplete documentation from students, ensuring all paperwork is submitted promptly and accurately.General Administration: Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining up-to-date records.
Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of student services and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes. About You: Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role.
Applicants with experience in an educational or training environment will be highly regarded.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.Organisational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.Customer Focus: A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and enhancing the student experience.Applications: Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with learning new systems and software.Team Player: A collaborative attitude, willing to assist colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
