Through our 40 branches, we have a proud history of servicing the mining, construction, and manufacturing industries across Australia and New Zealand.About the RoleWe have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager located in Toowoomba. We are seeking an industrial professional to join our existing team due to the ongoing growth we are experiencing.You will be accountable for delivering excellent customer service and product portfolios in your respective region. Your ability to identify and convert new business opportunities whilst building strong and effective working relationships will be integral in your success.Reporting through to the Sales Manager, your key responsibilities will be:Achieve revenue and gross margin KPI'sBuild and maintain relationships with key accountsTranslate customers' requests into practical product solutionsUndertake product enquiries and maximise sales opportunitiesThis is an excellent opportunity to obtain a secure, full-time, Monday to Friday position with a company that values its team members and offers a supportive working environment.About YouOur ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong customer focus combined with confidence, initiative, enthusiasm, ambition, and a willingness to learn, along with:Sales experience within the fastener industry, industrial supplies industry, and/or construction industry, desirableAt least 3 years' experience within the industrial sectorProduct/technical knowledge, advantageousExceptional communication and organisational skillsCapability in meeting deadlines and a strong desire to succeedTeam player attitude who will "jump in" and help the team meet its objectivesAbility to work autonomouslyA desire to drive improved resultsStrong computer skillsA valid driver's licenseWhy Work for UsWe are a proudly successful organisation with offices spread across both Australia & New Zealand.
