DMW is a fast-growing privately-owned Toowoomba based business which specializes in the manufacture and sales of dual cab conversions, high end trays, canopies, dog boxes, GVM upgrades and 4wd accessories.
Essentially, we build awesome cars for the four-wheel drive industry, tradesmen, tourers and families from all around Australia.
We are looking for a highly motivated, well organized professional to join our team and drive the successful growth of our products through both direct sales and particularly the dealer network.
The successful applicant will play a key role in further building DMW's brand and position in this exciting and ever-growing market.
The position would be based in Toowoomba, with regular local and interstate travel forming a large part of the role.
The successful applicant will be offered an attractive salary commensurate with the position and experience.
Responsibilities Manage the current Australia wide DMW dealer network. Research, assess, prequalify and bring on high caliber dealers in target areas. Present and promote DMW products and services to new and existing relevant organisations and customers. Source, grow and oversee a suitable logistics system relating to supply of our products. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Communicate effectively with and manage dealers through all stages of the collaboration. Achieve agreed sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments. Requirements A genuine interest in 4WD and leisure touring vehicles. The desire to be a long-term integral part of the company development and growth. Proven experience as a senior sales representative specialising in consultative selling. Good knowledge of CRM's would be a distinct advantage. Understanding of sales funnels, processes and lead nurturing. Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills. Prioritising, time management and organisational skills. DMW continues to create a great team environment and this comes down to the contribution of all the staff.
