As a Junior Paediatric OT at Talk Health Therapy , you'll help kids in your area reach their full potential, all while working locally within 30 minutes of your home.
You'll be supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team, including a senior paediatric OT, speech therapists, and other allied health veterans.
At Talk Health Therapy , we're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and caring paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team.
You'll travel to client homes in a company car, providing life-changing care that meets each family's unique needs—all while enjoying the benefits of working for a small, privately owned business, free from corporate politics.

What You'll Do
Conduct in-home assessments of clients' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical capacities.
Provide evidence-based interventions to improve the quality of life for young clients.
Recommend Assistive Technology solutions and assist with equipment prescriptions and home modifications .
Collaborate with families, medical professionals, and other allied health team members to deliver holistic care.
Maintain accurate, comprehensive case notes and reports according to the NDIS guidelines.
Our Ideal Candidate
A Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA registration .
At least 1 year of experience working as a paediatric OT.
A valid driver's licence .
Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—and a passion for helping kids achieve their best.
