We have an exciting opportunity in our Infrastructure, Construction and Property - Real Estate Stream Solutions team for an Administration Assistant.
This is a permanent, full-time position.
We are looking for someone with a high attention to detail, an ability to multi-task, and can work autonomously within our busy team.
Responsibilities:
Opening, closing and maintaining files including their financial hygiene Receipting in client money Disbursing funds from trust account Document and letter production, revision and amendments Archiving Mail and couriers Other ad hoc duties as required What you need:
High level of attention to detail Great prioritisation and organisational skills Competent with Microsoft Office applications Ability to pick up new technology and systems Ability to work well under pressure Proactively manages workload and competing deadlines Works well within a team, but can also work autonomously Why MinterEllison:
