Casual and Permanent Part-time opportunities availableCompetitive payImmediate Start with ongoing / regular clients in Wyee and surrounding areas.Kinder Caring is urgently seeking experienced, motivated, committed, and caring Support Workers to provide care to clients in the Hunter Region.
We have immediate work opportunities with clients requiring care, with regular and ongoing shifts available.
Experience supporting participants with complex care needs is essential.
Established in 1998, Kinder Caring is dedicated to addressing the unique challenges of caring for people in their own homes.

We are also a Registered Provider for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), iCare (NSW), National Injury Insurance Scheme, Queensland (NIISQ), and a Preferred Provider for the Transport Accident Commission (TAC) and Workcover VIC.
As a Support Worker, you'll access client information and document progress or hazards to ensure their safety and well-being on an easy-to-use APP.
We have offices in Sydney, Newcastle, Melbourne, and the Gold Coast with dedicated teams to provide you with ongoing support.

The more available hours you provide, the more work we can give.A roster in advance to help your work-life balance.2-hour minimum shift engagement.Paid travel time and Paid Kilometers.Paid Weekly at Above Award pay rates.Ongoing Learning and Development education modules.We're looking for people with these qualities : Minimum 2 years of experience as a Support Worker, Assistant in Nursing, Care Worker, or similar role.Experience supporting participants with complex care needs.Certificate III in Aged Care / Disability or Individual Support (completed or working towards completing is highly desirable) OR studying towards a nursing qualification.NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, WWCC, First Aid, CPR.You have a current Australian Driver's License and a registered vehicle – travel is part of the role.What we look for : Reliable, hardworking, compassionate, and experienced individuals.Able to work on your own and in a team to meet client needs.Committed to providing clients with the best care and maintaining client dignity & choice.Able to provide personal care, domestic assistance, and companionship to our clients.If you are looking for work that gives meaning to the lives of others, please apply now
