Warehousing, Storage & Distribution (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)About the roleAs the 3PL Warehouse Logistics Manager at Nextrack Arva Logistics, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient and effective operation of our state-of-the-art warehouse facility in Acacia Ridge, Queensland. This full-time position is responsible for managing the day-to-day logistics and operations to ensure seamless delivery of services to our valued clients.What you'll be doingDevelop and implement logistics strategies to optimise warehouse productivity and inventory managementOversee the receiving, storing, picking, packing and shipping of goods in a timely and cost-effective mannerManage a team of warehouse coordinators, forklift operators and other logistics personnelMonitor and analyse key performance metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of logistics processesEnsure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulationsContribute to the development of innovative solutions to enhance the company's third-party logistics servicesResponsible for the branch P&L reportsWhat we're looking forSubstantial experience (5+ years) in a similar 3PL warehouse management roleProven track record of implementing effective logistics strategies and driving operational excellenceStrong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a teamExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsProficient in the use of warehouse management systems and data analysis toolsThorough understanding of logistics best practices, supply chain management and regulatory requirementsTertiary qualification in logistics, supply chain management or a related fieldWhat we offerAt Nextrack Arva Logistics, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and supportive work environment.
