We have a (12M Contract) Business Program Manager role available.
This is likely to extend to 18M.
This will see you working on a Large-Scale System Replacement Program to replace Workforce Management and Rostering Systems with SAP S/4 Hana, plugging into SuccessFactors and Kronos.
This requires a Program Manager that can lead Business Rollout Planning and Change Management / Change Management Assessment.
You will require strong SAP and Workforce Management experience:
SAP Public Cloud and Activate Methodology ExperienceExperience in SuccessFactorsExperience with Workforce Management Software ImplementationsYou will be a key player in the success of the SAP Cloud, providing both strategic support and operational oversight.
You will ensure that all aspects of the project are managed efficiently and that the program goals are achieved.
This will require extensive experience in SAP Cloud and Workforce Management.
You will require a deep understanding of how to implement SAP Cloud Solution (SAP S/4 Hana).
You will be able to manage both internal and System Integrator delivered work.
This requires a very strong business understanding and a great ability to work with business stakeholders.
You will also be responsible for managing change with a focus on business-oriented change.
You will be required to work with the vendor to resolve any issues and hold the vendor to account while managing the System Integrator.
Please Note : This role is NOT targeting an IT Project / Program Manager who is heavily on the technology side - rather it is targeting a PM more on the business side with deep SAP Cloud Implementation Experience.
Skills & Experience Required : Business Program / Project Management Experience (Essential)Strong Experience in SAP Cloud Implementation (Essential)Strong Experience in SAP Public Cloud Implementation and Activate MethodologyProven Experience as a Business Program Manager having led a similar program from a business perspective (ESSENTIAL)Experience in SAP S/4 Hana Implementation (Ideal)Deep Understanding of SAP Cloud Implementation (Essential)Experience in Workforce Management Software Implementations (Kronos or similar)Experience managing a System Replacement Project / Program where all core systems have been replaced simultaneously (Ideal)Strong Experience in business rollout planning and change management / change management assessment (Essential)Experience in SuccessFactors or Workforce Management Systems such as Kronos is desirable but NOT essentialExcellent ability to manage vendors and System Integrators (Essential)Proven ability to work with the businessChange Management Experience in terms of business-oriented change (Essential)Able to liaise closely with technology teamsExcellent Relationship Management & Stakeholder Engagement skillsRelevant Project Management or Program Management Certifications or CredentialsAbility to deliver under pressure in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environmentThis is a great opportunity.
