Business Improvement and Program ManagerAbout the role
Lotus Folding Walls & Doors Pty Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional for a new role of Business Improvement and Program Manager.
In this full-time position based in Dandenong South, VIC, you will play a crucial role in overseeing key strategic projects and leading our continuous improvement program.
As a reflection of the importance of this role, you will be reporting to the CEO.
What you'll be doing Lead the development and delivery of strategic projects that drive growth and operational efficienciesDevelop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project deliveryLead the development and delivery of an organisational Continuous Improvement programProvide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to team members to foster a culture of continuous improvementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and monitor project progressAnalyse data, identify trends, and provide recommendations to drive data-driven decision makingWhat we're looking for Proven experience as a Business Improvement or Program Manager, within a manufacturing environmentDemonstrated expertise in leading and implementing business process improvement initiatives, such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insightsExcellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyEffective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise with both operational and senior leadership teamsRelevant tertiary qualifications in business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experienceAn understanding of NPD and associated commercialisation steps would be highly valuedAbout us
