Senior Service Designer

We are looking for a Senior Service Designer to lead a variety of duties:
Leading, researching and identifying insights contributing towards Rental Dispute Resolution Victoria's successConducting qualitative and quantitative researchLead and support the implementation and ongoing management of a new RDRV website and myRDRV portal experience for public users of VictoriaServe as the primary point of contact for external partners to inform them about the RDRV service offerings (and sometimes co-design with them)Fostering strong communication and ensuring all expectations are clearly defined and managed in the rollout of RDRVFacilitate workshops with inter-government departments to gather insights, uncover opportunities for enhancing experiences and get alignment on way aheadTranslate complex challenges into intuitive, user-friendly solutions while achieving business objectivesStrong experience in creating digital user flows and wireframes to articulate the best possible solutions for problems identifiedSolid background in designing and executing service delivery models, with expertise in Agile methodologies.Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders and align team objectives with customer goalsWork with a cross functional team to deliver iterative releases for RDRV and then beyondA key success to this role will be the candidates' ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business and achieve business outcomes7+ years of experience working in similar rolesHOW TO APPLY: Please submit your resume (in MS Word Format) for consideration via the link below.
