As a Health Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our corporate HSE team and partnering with senior operational management to implement proactive health programs. Join us in Perth, Western Australia and be a part of our growing business.Role OverviewProvide health advice, training, and promotional activities with the support of external medical and allied health providers.Support line/embedded Health and Safety Advisors, HR professionals, and operational leadership with the implementation of health-related programs.Coordinate 3rd party vendors engaged in implementing health-related programs and campaigns.Develop and administer our Health and Hygiene Management Program at operational, line, and corporate levels.Oversee our health information management system, including managing and recording health surveillance and fitness for work information.Participate in our internal assurance process for health-related processes and matters.Provide input to the development and oversight of Health-related Power BI Dashboards.Manage and facilitate our company's Injury Management and Return to Work program in consultation with health and insurance providers.Support Health and Safety Advisors, HR Business Partners, and operational leadership in developing and implementing health promotion programs.Liaise closely with medical and allied health providers that support our health-related processes.Attend health-related industry forums as a representative of our company.Skills & QualificationsExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to effectively engage stakeholders from a range of backgrounds.Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high levels of internal customer service.Enthusiasm and willingness to learn through formal training and professional development.Genuine interest in helping our employees achieve positive health and wellbeing outcomes.Sound organizational skills, including multitasking, time-management, and influencing without authority.Experience in injury management and return to work processes (preferred).Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of programs.Ability to quickly learn data management systems.Tertiary level qualification in a Health-related discipline.Education & ExperienceQualifications: Tertiary level qualification in a Health-related discipline.Experience: Early career position with external professional development and internal mentoring opportunities.Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to effectively engage stakeholders, enthusiasm for learning, genuine interest in employee health and wellbeing, sound organizational skills, experience in injury management (preferred), working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, ability to quickly learn data management systems.Pay & BenefitsContract position for full-time work from 01-Jan-2025 to 31-Jul-2025.Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.Opportunity to work with a diverse range of stakeholders.Potential for professional development and mentoring opportunities.Be a part of our growing business in Perth, Western Australia.Unlock your potential with Airswift.
