We now have an exciting opportunity for a Learning Specialist - Market Services to join our Market Services & Learning team in our Brisbane office for a fixed term contract of 12 months.
Reporting directly to the Senior Learning Specialist - Market Services, you will play a key role in contributing to the development of competency frameworks and in the creation and executing of training and assessment programs.
Key Responsibilities Engage with key stakeholders within assigned business units to develop productive and collaborative working relationships; actively seek to understand Market Services business strategy and learning requirements Design and develop the training methods, tools, processes and frameworks that support divisional learning solutions for Market Services - Commercial Specialists team as required Lead the design & development and delivery of high-quality training programs for the Market Services workforce at all levels aligning with any requirements under the broader APA context Develop innovative and engaging multi-platform learning solutions that are fit for purpose and meet learner needs Lead the development of competency frameworks and implementation of new training and assessment programs and strategies for Market Services - Commercial Specialists Your background Diploma or Degree Qualified in a relevant discipline that supports mastery of adult learning theory Demonstrated experience working at a high level in infrastructure (or similar) to develop and implement a learning solutions strategy Demonstrated experience implementing pragmatic fit for purpose and contemporary learning solutions across multiple delivery platforms, including traditional formats to a widely dispersed workforce Demonstrated proficiency in technical writing skills including ability to analyse information and create innovative content solutions Working at APA At APA we're committed to fostering a safe and inclusive workplace where you can achieve your best.
