As a forward-thinking organisation, they are seeking a talented Head of Growth Channel to join their team and drive their sales and growth strategies to new heights.About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic Head of Growth Channels to drive the expansion of a global consumer goods brand within the Australian market. This role focuses on identifying new product opportunities, entering untapped customer channels, and leveraging a diverse international portfolio to grow the business. With a strong emphasis on product development and innovation, this position offers the opportunity to explore new categories and establish relationships with major retailers and maintain these. Success in this role will contribute to ambitious growth targets, and the right candidate will enjoy exposure to international markets and opportunities for career advancement in a fast-paced, agile environment.Skills & Experience Required:The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in product development, retail account management, and channel growth within the consumer goods or FMCG sectors. They should possess strong strategic thinking skills, be results-driven, and have a proven ability to identify and seize new market opportunities. The role requires someone who is adaptable, forward-thinking, and able to build and nurture relationships with key retail partners.Key Skills:Proven experience in product development, brand expansion, and channel growth within the consumer goods or FMCG sectors.Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to identify and capitalise on new market opportunities.Experience managing or developing key customer accounts, particularly in retail environments such as grocery, big-box, or specialty chains.Demonstrated ability to create and execute strategic plans, including launching new products or categories.Strong relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.Exposure to global product portfolios and international supplier partnerships is advantageous.Highly adaptable and capable of thriving in an agile, fast-paced environment.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.A track record of meeting or exceeding growth targets.Previous experience in the cleaning, hardware, or related industries is a plus but not essential.How to Apply:If you're eager to join their dynamic team and are excited about the opportunity, don't hesitate to click the "APPLY NOW" button.
