Based in Sydney, the firm focuses its operations across NSW, with most projects centered in the Sydney Metropolitan area.
To support their continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Estimator to join their dynamic team and contribute to securing new opportunities across Sydney.
ABOUT THE POSITION.
Reporting to the Estimating Manager, you will be responsible for measuring and calculating material and labour costs, pricing projects, and preparing tender submissions.
With strong guidance and support, you will play a critical role in securing projects and contributing to the company's ongoing growth and success.
This role is ideal for a driven individual seeking rapid career development and advancement opportunities.
DUTIES.
Prepare tender submissions Estimating projects Cost Planning Scope of works preparations Subcontractor negotiations Pre tender planning BOQ's Work with the team to plan programming SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or similar Demonstrated ability to win commercial fitout and refurbishment projects as an Estimator Strong written and verbal communication CULTURE.
