An Estimator is sought by an established Tier 2 Builder in Northern Sydney to tender on commercial, education, and government projects between $5 million and $40 million.
The Opportunity: Working for an established Tier 2 contractor on commercial and government new build projects from $5 million to $40 million on average.You will be working with 3 estimators and reporting to an Estimating Manager.$150k - 200k package.Immediate start.Long term permanent opportunity.Full responsibility for preparing preliminary budgets, cost estimates, bid scopes, pricing proposals, and leading tenders.The Company: An established Tier 2 Commercial Builder.T/0 $200 million.Reporting to an Estimating Manager.This builder focuses on commercial, government, and education projects to $40 million.Northern Sydney based.50 staff + in the business, trading for 35 years.You will have: A Construction Management Degree/ QS Degree or similar.Previous estimating experience with Principal Commercial Contractor in NSW is essential.Driven and keen to progress your career with a busy builder.Cubit or Buildsoft experience sought.Experience tendering construction projects over $5 million.A steady career background with solid tendering success history.To apply for this role please email your resume in WORD DOC format to the APPLY NOW Button.
