Associate Clinical Nurse Consultant - Geriatrics and Rehabilitation Queensland Health (Organisation site)

Work collaboratively with the Clinical Nurse Consultant HAART to provide advanced clinical expertise and care relevant to the specialty of geriatrics and rehabilitation nursing.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
Apply advanced specialist clinical knowledge, experience, and clinical skills relevant to the needs of patients in geriatrics and rehabilitation.
Respond appropriately to, and provide support and direction to manage, sudden alterations in the health status of the consumer/person using advanced nursing assessment and intervention skills.
Demonstrate high level communication skills in supporting the interprofessional team to achieve high standards of consumer care and organisational key performance indicators.
Undertake and participate in ethical decision making in the achievement of organisational goals.
