Our client is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Community Consultants.

That's why the blend of classroom and practical training is designed to give you a deep understanding of Private Health Insurance.
What You'll Be Doing:You'll start on phone calls, learning the ropes by handling simple customer inquiries (e.g., updating addresses, general information).Then you'll tackle some complex calls, and expand your skills, learning hospital cover, extras, and more on the phones.Eventually gain upselling and sales-related skills as you grow in your role.Focus on hitting KPIs for quality, compliance, process adherence, response times, and customer satisfaction.3 weeks of initial training across 9-5pm VICTORIA time (AEDT).
Self-directed, mixed with theory facilitator with trainer and e-modules.Who We're Looking For:Anyone with experience in contact centre customer service or someone with a passion for putting customers first.We're open to anyone with a great attitude, a desire to learn, and a willingness to follow process and compliance guidelines.Must be able to ask the right questions, listen actively, and work to understand customer needs.Someone who wants to grow their career in Private Health Insurance.Key Details:Start Date: 20th Jan 2025Work from Home5 Months + casual position with potential for extension or permanency thereafterHours: Full-time, rotating roster (fortnightly) across Mon to Fri between 8.00 am to 8.00 pmVisa Holders Accepted: Yes
