This transformational project has brought even more excitement and anticipation to burgeoning Brisbane.
It will redefine how people play, shop, and socialise in the river city.
The Houseperson, reporting to the Assistant Housekeeping Manager, supports our Room Attendants in their duties and assists with ensuring that our guests' stay is as comfortable as possible.
A few of your responsibilities Respond and assist with guest queries and requests to ensure any issues with a guest's room are attended to promptly.
Stock trolleys with linen and guest supplies.
Delivery of linens and products used throughout the hotel.
Ensuring all areas of the hotel are clean, presentable, and safe.
Use hotel software to communicate with colleagues and log completed tasks.
Report suspicious guest behaviour to your leader.
What we will be looking for Availability to work overnight shifts.
A good understanding of time management.
The desire to build a customer culture.
The ability to build trust and teamwork.
