From humble beginnings to a thriving workforce of 400+, we've expanded not only in numbers but in ambition.Qualifications And SkillsBachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or commensurate experience.6-8+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, focusing on scalable system design and development.Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks (Terraform, NodeJS/Typescript etc).Strong problem-solving skills and ability to tackle complex technical challenges at scale.Experience working with complex microservices architecture, high user volume and large-scale distributed systems.Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders.Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPC etc).Experience with AWS native services (EC2, Lambda, Codebuild, Eventbridge).Domain experience with technology stacks including AWS EKS (Kubernetes), Terraform / Terragrunt and Datadog / CloudflareUnderstanding of security best practices and implementation.Strong sense of accountability and ownership, and boast an attitude of getting stuff done.Key ResponsibilitiesOptimise existing systems for performance, scalability, and reliability, identifying and resolving bottlenecks and inefficiencies.Architect and design scalable, high-performance software solutions in alignment with project requirements and company standards.Improve and ensure monitoring and logging of the system is of the highest standard.Ensure systems are secure and safe from vulnerabilities, and ensuring security is maintained with system enhancements.
