Exciting Opportunity at Eastwood Private Hospital Eastwood Private Hospital, located at 241 Greenhill Road, is set to open in the second quarter of 2025.
This state-of-the-art, purpose-built facility is dedicated to providing exceptional surgical services in an environment designed to prioritize patient care, staff well-being, and clinical excellence.
Our hospital has six cutting-edge operating theatres and 51 overnight in-patient rooms, all thoughtfully designed and equipped to deliver a seamless healthcare experience.
We are now seeking a Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team and play a pivotal role in shaping the culture and success of this brand-new facility.
About the Role This is a rare opportunity for a dynamic and hands-on leader to create a positive, professional, and modern workplace where team members can thrive and grow.

Is an outstanding communicator.Leads by example and inspires others.Has a passion for delivering excellence in patient care.The Director of Nursing will work closely with the CEO, who will oversee business, financial, and governance functions, creating a supportive environment for the nursing team to excel.
Minimum Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
Current AHPRA registration.Postgraduate qualifications in nursing and/or tertiary management qualifications.A minimum of 5 years of post-graduate nursing experience.Perioperative experience (highly regarded).At least 1 year of administrative experience in a role equivalent to a Nursing Unit Manager.Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and risk management.Proven ability to lead and motivate nursing teams effectively.Please note: Applicants must currently have the right to work in Australia.
