Your main job will be to align our Senior Leadership Team (SLT) around our strategic goals and to amplify the impact of that team.
You'll build repeatable processes to devise our strategic goals, align the company around them, hold teams accountable to them, and give teams the support and leverage they need to execute against them.In this role, you'll be the operational backbone of the internal workings of our company, ensuring alignment, accountability, and visibility across all levels of the organisation.This role reports directly into the Chief Operating Officer with your key stakeholders being:Our CEOOur Senior Leadership TeamWhat you'll be doing:Goal setting and alignmentLeading our annual planning and quarterly goal setting for the global businessRunning workshops and comms into the leadership team and the company to create alignment around goalsBuilding a system to align team and personal goals with company goals (cascading OKRs)Leadership team leverageRunning the agenda for the SLT, creating focus, alignment, and building trustManaging the Manila-based Leadership Support Function to give admin support to leadersCreating a structured, empowered group of leaders just below the SLT, assigning them responsibilities and privilegesProviding leverage to the CEO by hiring and managing a Strategy Manager and producing board materials and executive communications (e.g.
