Key Responsibilities: Drive the strategy and execution roadmap around payment and account management tools to increase net subscribers and maximise profitabilityCollaborate with business and technology teams, working cross-functionally to ensure work is prioritised and delivered with quality and timelinessBe accountable for key business metrics and responsible for overall systems healthRigorously leverage data and analytics to drive decisions, strategy, features and designSkills and Experiences We're Looking For Has a proven track record in Product Management of digital billing and account management systems and the delivery of consumer-facing digital productsYou have a passion for user experience, operational expertise, and success in driving checkout flows, creating offers and service tiers, as well as payment experiencesRecent experience in a similar role with hands-on product management experience with subscriptions, transactions, eCommerce checkout, in-app purchase integrations, pricing systems and/or payments processingProven ability to motivate, lead, and collaborate with cross-functional product development teams and manage interactions across product areasDemonstrated success defining and shipping products in an iterative mannerExperience transforming product strategy into well-articulated business requirements, as well as using qualitative and quantitative data effectively to inform product direction and prioritisationBachelor's degree in a related fieldHas shipped technical products and large-scale platforms, with excellent attention to detailAbout Us Australia's original cable TV innovator has evolved into a technology-led streaming powerhouse that's transforming how Australians watch the world around them and connect with one another.
