Key Responsibilities:
Drive the strategy and execution roadmap around payment and account management tools to increase net subscribers and maximise profitability Collaborate with business and technology teams, working cross-functionally to ensure work is prioritised and delivered with quality and timeliness Be accountable for key business metrics and responsible for overall systems health Rigorously leverage data and analytics to drive decisions, strategy, features and design Skills and Experiences We're Looking For
Has a proven track record in Product Management of digital billing and account management systems and the delivery of consumer-facing digital products You have a passion for user experience, operational expertise, and success in driving checkout flows, creating offers and service tiers, as well as payment experiences Recent experience in a similar role with hands-on product management experience with subscriptions, transactions, eCommerce checkout, in-app purchase integrations, pricing systems and/or payments processing Proven ability to motivate, lead, and collaborate with cross-functional product development teams and manage interactions across product areas Demonstrated success defining and shipping products in an iterative manner Experience transforming product strategy into well-articulated business requirements, as well as using qualitative and quantitative data effectively to inform product direction and prioritisation Bachelor's degree in a related field Has shipped technical products and large-scale platforms, with excellent attention to detail About Us
