We are looking for Facilities Coordinators to join a collaborative and high-performing team on the CBRE – ISPT client account.
You will support the Facilities Management team across a portfolio of office assets in Parramatta and North Ryde.
As the Facilities Coordinator, you will provide high-level support to the Facilities Management team responsible for the facility management services for several property assets.
About the role: Assisting the Facilities Management team with day-to-day operations of the property assetsCoordinating planned and preventative works including site attendance and meetingsCarrying out site inspections and reporting functionsCoordinating purchase order and invoice processingEnsuring tenant satisfaction through enabling the efficient, cost-effective operation and maintenance of all servicesMaintaining and updating asset registers, supporting documentation, and equipmentProviding superior customer service and building strong relationships with our clientAbout you: Previous experience in a facilities, property, or related roleSound working knowledge of all property onsite facilities services, not limited to essential fire safety measures, mechanical services, hydraulic, and structural.Contractor management experience within a commercial building environment is highly advantageousExcellent customer service and service delivery skillsAbility to manage several functions and projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders.So, what's in it for you?
