Senior Account Executive

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Corporate & Commercial team at Marsh.
This role will be based in the Perth office.
This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As a Senior Account Executive, you will implement Client First Principles across your portfolio of small, medium & large accounts, ensuring high-quality customer service and the attainment of revenue and expense budgets.
We will count on you to: Consistently achieve agreed service standards.Foster effective long-term relationships with key client decision makers and monitor changes to preserve these relationships.Take a proactive approach to account management and service delivery, ensuring client needs are identified and met.Implement successful account retention and defence strategies.Maintain awareness of large and complicated claim-related matters, assisting claims colleagues in negotiating equitable settlements.Possess a thorough understanding of major classes of General insurance and stay updated on technical and product developments.Have a comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Insurance (Agents & Brokers) Act and Insurance Contracts Act.What you need to have: Proven insurance experience managing corporate client accounts.Tier 1 FSRA qualification.Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills.A motivation for client service and solutions.What makes you stand out: Strong knowledge of account management and the insurance industry.Dedication to high-level client service.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Why join our team: We help you be your best through professional development opportunities, interesting work and supportive leaders.We foster a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can work with talented colleagues to create new solutions and have impact for colleagues, clients and communities.Our scale enables us to provide a range of career opportunities, as well as benefits and rewards to enhance your well-being.Applications will only be considered from candidates who have the appropriate approval to work in Australia.
