Border Express currently has an exciting opportunity available for an experienced and motivated Customer Service Officer to join the team at our Perth Branch. Duties: Providing high level of service and communication to key internal and external stakeholders;Answering phone calls and escalating as appropriate;Actioning email inquiries promptly and responding with professionalism;Proficiently raising queries in the internal system (training will be provided).Skills and Experience: Demonstrated ability to assist customers with queries in a timely and efficient manner;Excellent telephone manner;Well-developed time management, communication and conflict resolution skills;Initiative, drive and a willingness to be an active member of the team;Strong written, verbal and listening skills are essential;Strong attention to detail.What you will get from Border Express: A team-based workplace that supports flexibility and inclusion;Opportunity to actively support the local community;Training and leadership development;Career opportunities within Border Express.Get to know Border Express: At Border Express we're committed 100% to providing the very best supply chain services for Australia.
