Perth Airport is investing more than $5 billion in new infrastructure so we can support our airline partners to grow, offering more services to new destinations and an improved customer experience.
Over the coming decade we will expand T1 International, and build new domestic terminal facilities, a parallel runway, two multi-storey carparks and our first airport hotel.
This will deliver one airport for the people of Western Australia which will host all flight services in a central location giving passengers a seamless, world-class travel experience.
The Perth Airport estate is spread over 2100 hectares and has developed a $1.5 billion portfolio of existing industrial premises and significant vacant land holdings.
We service a truly diverse community and play an important role in strengthening cultural, family and social bonds while supporting business, tourism and leisure travel.
Our team are currently looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Business Support Partner
What you'll do:
As a Business Support Partner, you will coordinate and manage events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
You'll handle financial tasks, including invoicing and purchase orders, and support emergency coordination.
You'll maintain email distribution lists, create professional presentations, and manage office supplies.
Additionally, you'll oversee the Volunteer Ambassador Program, including recruitment, training, and rostering.
You'll ensure continuous improvement of processes, promote safety and environmental consciousness, and provide support across various business areas.
Your role will involve liaising with suppliers and stakeholders, performing monthly accruals, and assisting with credit card reconciliations.
You'll also manage the team's digital and physical archives and maintain the BST team page
About You:
· You have at least five years of experience in administration and support roles.
· Your written and verbal communication skills are excellent, with a keen eye for detail.
· You possess strong organizational abilities and can manage multiple tasks efficiently.
· Your interpersonal skills are highly developed, allowing you to work well with others.
· You are proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
· You are adaptable and can handle change effectively.
· You can manage multiple demands and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
