We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to join our legal team and provide essential support to our lawyers and the business.
We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and the ability to work collaboratively and at a fast pace.
By providing vital support, you will contribute to the success of the team and the business while developing your career. Key Responsibilities: Conduct legal research and gather relevant informationDraft, review and edit legal documents and correspondenceAssist with preparing updates to the business on relevant legal issuesManage processes for approval and execution of contractsMaintain and organize electronic legal records and databasesSkills and Qualifications: A degree in law is advantageous but not essentialPrevious experience as a legal assistant or in a similar administrative role within an in-house legal environment is preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent organizational and time management skillsEffective communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretionAbout Us: Listed on the New York Stock Exchange, Civeo is a leading global provider of workforce accommodation solutions.
