Senior Manager - Accounting Policy and AdviceYou will own and drive the accounting policy frameworks across the organisation, and be exposed to unique transactions across a variety of sectors from financial services to mining and resources, infrastructure, energy, and technology.
You will have a deep technical accounting background with an ability to deliver commercial outcomes for complex transactions.

Responsibilities: Delivery of technical accounting solutions for complex transactionsMaintenance and enhancement of internal accounting policiesBusiness partnering with front office deal teams, and internal finance teams, as well as treasury and taxContinual development of internal and external stakeholder relationships influencing optimal accounting treatment outcomesAd hoc accounting analysis and reporting Experience: CA/CPA qualified or equivalentDeep understanding of accounting standards (IFRS/AASB), especially business combinations, financial instruments, revenue recognition, joint ventures, and moreExposure to various asset and transaction types across financial services, resources, energy, technology, infrastructure, and moreAbility to apply commercial solutions to complex transactions from a technical accounting perspective.Excellent attention to detailStrong communicator, both written and verbal, and an ability to tailor a complex message to the specific audienceTo be considered, simply apply here, or send an updated CV to [emailprotected].
