Workplace Relations Senior Business Partner Chisholm is seeking an experienced Workplace Relations Senior Business Partner for our People, Culture and Safety Business Area.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Workplace Relations Senior Business Partner, your key responsibilities include:
Provide advice to the Commercial & Education Business Groups, relating to the application of awards and agreements, to advance commercial projects both in Victoria, interstate and internationally.
Work collaboratively with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and Managers of Business Areas to identify employee and workplace relations issues, potential conflicts and disputes before escalation to maintain a positive workplace culture that contributes to our employee value proposition and achievement of business growth.
Under the guidance of the Manager Workplace Relations and Wellbeing, drive a heightened awareness of employee and workplace relations matters and industry trends relating to best practice across the organisation in accordance with Chisholm's values and policies.
Develop excellent case management strategies to manage and resolve active cases in a timely fashion ensuring regular communication and support to the Business Area Manager, employee, and any employee representative.
Resolve complex employee and workplace relations issues to ensure timely and effective resolution.
Work collaboratively with Chisholm's People leaders and PCS team members to identify and implement employer branding strategies and initiatives that will improve Chisholm's reputation as a Workplace of Choice.
Provide interpretation and advice to People Leaders on workplace and enterprise agreements and awards in accordance with Chisholm's interpretation and policy.
Organize and facilitate workshops to explain enterprise agreements and awards, consistent with Chisholm's position.

You are a highly motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills, a client-centered orientation, and a commitment to process excellence.

Qualifications required for the role:
A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, psychology, Industrial Relations, or Law.
Employee Relations/Human Resources/Workplace Relations experience in case management and advice.
