About the Role
The GP Lead will develop, design, and deliver the Academic Post Cohort Education and Support program for AGPT academic registrars.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with the program lead, planning educational activities, creating resources, and evaluating outcomes.
Reporting to the Academic Post program lead, this role involves liaising with stakeholders across the college and fostering relationships with research teams.As our GP Lead:
Academic Post Cohort Support and Education Programs, you'll:Collaborate with the Academic Post program lead to plan, deliver and oversee educational activities tailored to the cohort's needs.Develop and curate educational resources for the online learning management system and facilitate program workshops and webinars.Evaluate program activities and integrate feedback to enhance future offerings.Lead stakeholder communications and promote the program while building connections with research functions across the college.Skills & Experience
Proven experience in general practice research and education.Strong skills in developing and delivering educational programs.Familiarity with the Academic Post program and AGPT academic registrars.Fellowship of the RACGP and a relevant PhD qualification.Why Join Us?
